Throw away your soggy notebook and keeptrackof your trolling diver data on your smartphone.Publishedmanufacturer or third party data is a good place to startbut oftengives data for one speed, one type of line and does notaccount forthe additional drag of attractors such as flashers orcowbells.Keeping track of your own data based on your own equipmentandsetup is the key to precision trolling.Trolling Diver Data allows you to account for all ofthevariables that determine the actual running depth of yourlure.When you determine the running depth of a particular setupsimplyenter the data and store it for use on your next outing.Toretrieve your data, select the desired running depth andbrowsethrough all of the entries stored for that setting.Multipleentries can be made for the same depth with differentspeed, linelength etc.The variables stored in each entry and their possiblesettingsare as follows:Line Type - Braid, Mono, Wire (different grades of eachtypeavailable in pro version)Trolling Speed - 1.5mph to 3.25mph in 0.25mph incrementsDiver Type - Seven different types of Dipsy Divers (DipsyDivers,Deeper Divers and Deep Six available in Pro)Angle Setting - 0, 1, 2, 3 for planer diversLine Length - 30' to 200' in 1' incrementsLure Drag - Lure only or Lure with attractor (Proversiononly)Lure Depth - User entry on keypadThe Basic version is limited to 5 data entries.In the View Data mode the user selects the desired depth fromthestored entries and can view all entries for that particularsetting.Entries can also be deleted in the View Data mode.The Pro Version has stored depth charts for Dipsy Divers touseas a starting point before you come up with your own data.
